When an extraction is the right move today
If the tooth is hopeless from decay, fracture, or infection and you want it out today, we examine you, numb the area, and remove it. We do not file insurance. Posted cash fee for a standard extraction is $200. The dentist confirms the plan in the chair before starting.
What to expect in the chair
Local anesthetic only — you stay awake. Most visits are short. You leave biting on gauze with written home-care instructions. Bring a photo ID and a list of medicines. Bring a driver if you are unsure how you will feel afterward.
When we will refer you out
Deep medical risk, IV sedation needs, or teeth that can reasonably be saved get a clear referral. We will not force an extraction that is unsafe today.

How much is an emergency extraction?
Posted cash fee is $200 for an extraction (non-wisdom). Wisdom teeth are $300. No insurance billing.
Do you use sedation?
Local anesthetic only. If you need IV sedation or general anesthesia, we refer you to an oral surgeon.
