Call, arrive, extract

Request a time online or by phone; we confirm every request. Talk to the voice line at (608) 967-3296. If you call overnight or after 3:00 PM, you can still request the next open time.

1. 1

   Call the voice line

   Tell us what hurts and whether you need a regular extraction ($200) or a wisdom tooth extraction ($300). Monday–Thursday between 7:00 AM and 3:00 PM, we can often see you the same day. Request online or call, and the office confirms your time.

2. 2

   Get a time — today or next open

   Request a same-day appointment Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, online or by phone. Outside those hours call the voice line; it can request the next open Monday–Thursday time. Friday–Saturday visits are by appointment only — call (608) 967-3296.

3. 3

   Arrive with ID and your medicine list

   We are in Suite B-105 at 2111 E Highland Ave, Phoenix. Bring a photo ID and a list of medicines and allergies. Bring a driver if you are unsure how you will feel afterward — we use local anesthetic only.

4. 4

   Exam, extract, pay cash, go home

   The dentist confirms the plan before starting. A limited exam + X-rays is $60; if you extract the same day, that $60 applies toward the $200 or $300 treatment fee. You sign consent at the office, we remove the tooth, you pay the posted cash fee, and you leave with gauze and written instructions.
