We do not file insurance. You know the number before you sit down. If the dentist needs to change the plan after examining you, we tell you before we start.
Limited exam + X-rays
Focused exam and X-rays for today’s tooth problem. If you have the extraction the same day, the $60 applies toward that treatment fee.

Extraction
Any tooth other than a wisdom tooth.

Wisdom tooth extraction
Third molar, including many soft-tissue impactions.

Extraction and wisdom fees are separate posted treatment fees. The $60 limited exam + X-rays fee is credited toward same-day extraction if you proceed with treatment that day. Pay cash at the visit. Extra gauze, written post-op instructions, and a follow-up call for complications are included. We do not add a facility fee.
